On the balcony of the Hyatt Regency I waited for the perfect moment. Capturing this proposal was the perfect disguise for Tampa engagement photographers.
As DJ & Samantha approached I offered to take photos of them on their cell phone. After I offered some friendly advice I posed them so that DJ had the right opportunity. He got down on one knee and Samantha was shocked.
I had to come clean! I was not there to do marketing for the hotel. On the contrary I was there for Samantha!
DJ planned the whole event starting with the waterfront proposal spot. In this case the surprise was yet to come! Following the proposal all of their family and friends were waiting to celebrate.
All of a sudden the Florida skies opened with an unexpected rain storm. Planning a proposal in Florida can certainly be unpredictable. We scheduled their Tampa engagement photos for the following morning. Shortly after sunrise we met on the beach for their stunning photos.
