When my bestie comes into town, everyone knows its bound to be a good time. So when Paige Mercer Photography asked me to tag along on for a micro wedding, David & Erin were getting the very best wedding photographers in Gainesville, FL. So, we set off for an epic day of capturing the best that Gainesville has to offer.
First, we started at the breathtaking Baughman Center in the middle of UF campus for David & Erin’s first look. The gorgeous sunlight streamed through the trees and surrounded them in warmth. These two, while young, are so tender hearted and compassionate to one another. Indeed, their love radiated towards one another celebrating this new milestone together.
Next up, we headed to Ember’s restaurant where they held a stunning ceremony and reception. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, they said “I do” during a gorgeous, intimate ceremony in the courtyard of the restaurant. Following just steps away was a private room with a long refectory table for everyone to dine together. This space was simple and intimate, exactly how David & Erin wanted to share their day. Their closest loved ones dined together with a custom menu of some of Gainesville’s best food.
Finally, to end the day, we took just the couple to Depot Park for sunset portraits. It felt like the perfect place to end the day with a spot familiar so they can always visit the memories made on their wedding day. Scroll through to see more of this stunning micro wedding in Gainesville.
